    • Godrej Properties surges in early trade as it enters into a JV with TDI group to develop an ultra-luxury residential project of 1.25 lakh sq ft area in Delhi.

    • Eris Lifesciences is trading with more than five times its weekly average trading volumes. IFB Industries, MMTC, Indo Count Industries, and HFCL are trading with more than three times their weekly average trading volumes.

    • TeamLease Services rises as the company sells its wholly-owned subsidiary IIJT Education for Rs 4.7 crore as the subsidiary "had no operating income/revenue during the previous financial year".

    • Tata Motors plans to hike prices from January 2022 to balance out the impact of rising commodity, raw materials, and input costs, according to reports. The recent rise in transportation costs is affecting the total cost structure causing disruptions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

    • Eris Lifesciences is rising as it forms a joint venture with MJ Biophram to enter the insulin segment and to expand its product portfolio to offer biotherapeutic options to the patients in cardio-metabolic segment. The 70:30 joint venture will engage in distribution of human and analogue insulin including Aspart, Glargine and Lispro among other products.

    • ICICI Securities maintains a ‘Buy’ rating on Gujarat Fluorochemicals with a target price upside of 50% because of rising demand of fluoropolymers. The brokerage expects the company’s earnings to be propelled by growth in revenues over the next 2.5 years due to rise in demand.

    • ICICI Securities maintains a 'Sell' rating on JSW Energy but raises its target price by 4% to Rs 156 on plans of reorganising the company's renewable and thermal power businesses. The brokerage raises its target price as the renewable energy business has better prospects going forward.

    • Larsen & Toubro and ReNew Power ink a deal to jointly develop, own, execute and operate green hydrogen projects in India. The duo will also develop competitive end-to-end solutions in the space to help industries meet their fuel demand as government moves to transition towards greener fuels.

    • Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), Bayer Cropscience, IIFL Finance, and AIA Engineering are trading with higher volumes than Wednesday.

    • Star Health and Allied Insurance Company’s Rs 7,249-crore IPO gets bids for 79% of the available 4.49 crore shares on offer on the third day of bidding till now. Retail investors quota of 45 lakh shares was fully subscribed. The offer comprises a fresh issue of Rs 2,000 crore and an offer for sale of upto Rs 5,249 crore.

    • Somany Home Innovation's promoter Rajendra Kumar Somany and promoter entity Somany Impresa together buy 0.21% stake in the company in the open market. This takes the promoter shareholding to 51.32%

    • Coal India's November production rises 4.1% YoY to 53.8 million tonnes. The offtake of coal rises 10.8% to 56.8 million tons during the month.

    • JMC Projects is rising after it gets orders worth Rs 1,795 crore, which includes a Rs 1,085 crore water supply project and a Rs 710 crore buildings and factories project.

    • Hero MotoCorp's November 2021 wholesales fall 41% YoY to 3.5 lakh units. Motorcycle wholesales fall to 3.3 lakh units (vs 5.4 lakh units YoY) and scooter wholesales to 20,208 units (vs 49,654 units YoY). The delay in harvesting due to late withdrawal of monsoon impacted demand post the festive season.

    • Ahead of its Rs 660-crore IPO, Anand Rathi Wealth raises Rs 194 core from investors by selling 35.25 lakh shares at Rs 550 apiece to 12 anchor investors, including SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, DSP Mutual Fund, Kotak Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund, among others.
