Pharmaceuticals company Morepen Laboratories announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: The company reported a total income of Rs 57,531.15 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a YoY increase of 33.90% from Rs 42,964.73 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, the income grew by 16.65% from Rs 49,317.96 lakh in Q4FY26. Revenue from Operations (Net): Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 57,012.81 lakh for Q1FY27, showing a YoY growth of 34.07% compared to Rs 42,523.88 lakh in Q1FY26. It recorded a QoQ growth of 17.62% from Rs 48,471.59 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): The group achieved a PBT of Rs 7,452.74 lakh in Q1FY27, a significant YoY surge of 380.31% from Rs 1,551.64 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 220.03% from Rs 2,328.75 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit for the Period (After Minority Interest): Net profit for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 5,639.94 lakh, registering a massive YoY growth of 424.73% compared to Rs 1,074.83 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, the profit increased by 258.21% from Rs 1,574.46 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q1FY27, total comprehensive income stood at Rs 5,658.95 lakh, reflecting a YoY growth of 399.10% from Rs 1,133.83 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 155.97% from Rs 2,210.77 lakh in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Standalone total income for Q1FY27 was Rs 54,635.22 lakh, an increase of 38.19% YoY from Rs 39,537.66 lakh in Q1FY26. It grew by 15.84% QoQ from Rs 47,163.00 lakh in Q4FY26. Revenue from Operations (Net): Standalone revenue reached Rs 54,104.13 lakh in Q1FY27, recording a YoY growth of 38.27% from Rs 39,128.43 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 16.90% from Rs 46,281.28 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Standalone PBT stood at Rs 7,215.16 lakh in Q1FY27, up 535.54% YoY from Rs 1,135.28 lakh in Q1FY26 and 161.17% QoQ from Rs 2,762.59 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit for the Period: Standalone profit for Q1FY27 was Rs 5,399.83 lakh, a YoY increase of 569.85% from Rs 806.12 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, the profit grew by 168.34% from Rs 2,012.32 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Standalone total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 5,418.84 lakh, compared to Rs 862.89 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 2,617.25 lakh in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Medical Devices Business Hive-off: The Board has considered an extension of the approved timeline for hiving off the Medical Devices Business into Morepen Medipath Limited (formerly Morepen Medtech Limited), a subsidiary company, as a going concern on a slump sale basis. Dividend Record Date: The company has fixed Saturday, 19th September 2026, as the record date to determine members eligible for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval at the 41st AGM. Management Re-appointment: The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sushil Suri as the Chairman & Managing Director of the company for a further period of three years, effective from 20th October 2026 to 19th October 2029. Annual General Meeting: The 41st AGM of the members of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 26th September 2026, through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. Subsidiary Financial Contribution: Five subsidiaries (including Morepen Devices Limited, Morepen Bio Inc., USA, and Morepen Labs FZE, UAE) contributed a total profit after tax of Rs 238.71 lakh and total revenue of Rs 8,045.37 lakh to the consolidated results for Q1FY27.
