Markets close higher, Jhunjhunwala buys more Jubilant Life shares

Markets close lower, Aarti Industries falls on ending of contract

Eris Lifesciences, Jubilant Life are among the stocks seeing highest volumes today.

Phoenix Mills says that in Bangalore where the mall has been permitted to open, the company has seen approximately 71% of stores opening with the others planning reopening in the coming week.

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) is sharply lower today on earnings disappointment in Q4 results.

Aarti Industries is lower today after the company said that a customer has terminated a ten year contract. "The contract was expected to generate revenue of approximately Rs. 4000 crores over the 10 year period," Aarti Industries said. "We understand that the reason for the termination is the customer’s change in strategy."
