Triveni Engineering & Industries (TEIL) has approved a composite scheme of arrangement among Triveni Engineering & Industries (TEIL), Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises (SSEL) and Triveni Power Transmission business (PTB). Under the scheme, for every 137 equity shares of SSEL of a face value of Rs. 10 each will receive 100 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of TEIL.
Suzlon ended FY25 on a high with a strong set of result; in Q4FY25, it reported revenue of INR 38bn (+73% YoY), EBITDA of INR 7bn (+94% YoY) and adjusted profit of INR 5.8bn (~2x YoY) - adjusted for deferred tax of INR 6bn. The strong performance was led by execution of 573MW of wind turbines (2.1x YoY).
Atul’s (ATLP) 4QFY25 revenue came in line with our expectation. The Life Science Chemicals (LSC) segment’s revenue increased 18% YoY, while the Performance & Other Chemicals (P&OC) segment’s revenue rose 21% YoY.
HCL Technologies (HCL Tech) reported revenue of $3,533 million, up 3.8% q-o-q/4.1% y-o-y in constant currency (CC) terms, missing our estimates of $3,561 million. Revenue in rupee terms stood at Rs. 29,890 crore, up 3.6% q-o-q/5.1% y-o-y. Revenue growth was led by Software, ER&D, and Services business, up 18.7%, 5.4%, and 1.5% q-o-q in CC, respectively.
Q4FY25 earnings were a mixed bag. Net interest income (NII), at Rs. 13,811 crore (in line), grew by ~6% y-o-y/2%q-o-q. NIMs marginally improved by 4 bps q-o-q to 3.97% led by better asset quality and income tax refund.
Axis Bank (Axis) reported ~13% rise in Q4FY25 net profit to INR 71.2bn (flattish YoY; 8% beat) on the back of ~2% rise in PPOP (in-line). Provisions declined sharply, led by INR 8bn reversals on government-backed SR.
Equitas SFB (EQUITASB) reported 3QFY25 PAT of ~INR663m (-67% YoY; 17% miss to MOFSLe) amid lower other income, partially offset by slightly lower provisions.
