Tata Consumer Products (TATACONS) reported 17% revenue growth in 4QFY25, while EBIT declined 9% YoY. EBIT was affected by higher input costs (tea cost inflation) in Indian branded business, which declined 25% YoY, and a 4% EBIT drop in international branded beverage segment.
LTIMindtree (LTIM) reported 4QFY25 revenue of USD1.1b, down 0.6% QoQ CC and below our estimate of flat QoQ CC. FY25 revenue stood at USD4.5b, up 5.0% YoY CC. 4Q EBIT margin at 13.8% was in line with our estimate of 13.8%.
Havells’ robust Q4 results were led by strong, 21% y/y, growth in cables and Lloyd’s 39% y/y revenue increase. We expect cost-saving steps and operating leverage to expand margins and profitability for Lloyd. The ramp-up of the new cable capacity will further add to growth.
TCPL’s Q4FY25 numbers were good with consolidated revenue growing by 17.3% y-o-y to Rs. 4,608 crore (12% y-o-y organic revenue growth), with India beverage business revenues growing by 17% y-o-y (9% y-o-y organic growth), India foods business improving 27% y-o-y (organic growth at 17%), international business growing by 5% y-o-y and non-branded business reporting a 25% y-o-y growth.
Havells reported stronger-than-expected Q4FY25, partially led by higher trade inventory up-stocking in air conditioners. There is strong revenue growth of 39% in Lloyd. While there is healthy growth in primary sales, the company believes there is a possibility for slowdown in secondary sales in Q1FY26.
AU SFB’s Q4FY25 performance was mixed with sustained growth momentum and benefits from operational efficiency, but elevated credit cost in unsecured portfolios (MFI + credit card + PL).
We initiate coverage on Atul with BUY and TP of Rs8,500 (30x Mar-27E EPS). Atul has invested ~Rs20bn over FY22-24 toward capacity expansion in existing products like Liquid Epoxy Resin (50ktpa) and Caustic Soda (300tpd), and in the backward integration of some key products (MCA for 2,4 D).
Its choice of micro-markets and differentiated products make Suraj Estate stand out. On its long-standing operations (over 38 years’ delivery) in south-central Mumbai (high barriers to entry, paucity of land parcels), cost and time effective redevelopment model, keen focus on the value-luxury category (conforming to demographics) and select luxury developments, it has emerged as a real estate supplier of choice in its chosen markets.
