    • Adani Green Energy will acquire SB Energy India, a renewable power company, from Softbank and the Bharti Group for an enterprise valuation of $3.5 billion (Rs 25,500 crore).

    • Tata Motors reports a net loss of Rs 7,585 crore due to an exceptional charge of £1.5 billion (Rs 15,000 crore) for the Jaguar Land Rover subsidiary.
