• NHPC signs an MoU with the Bihar State Hydro-Electric Power Corporation for the execution of the Dagmara hydro electricity project worth Rs 2,436 crore, to be executed by NHPC on an ownership basis.

• Coal India's net profit falls 1.1% YoY to Rs 4,590 crore as raw coal production falls 4.8%, revenues fall 6.2% YoY to Rs 27,924 crore.
