• Bharti Airtel’s Chief Financial officer Badal Bagri resigns. The company appoints Soumen Ray as its new CFO. Ray is set to resign as CFO of Bajaj Auto by the end of 2021.

• Sunil Singhania's Abakkus Fund sells 75,000 shares of Acrysil and buys 9.8 lakh shares of Paras Defence and Space Technologies in Q2FY22.

• Porinju Veliyath's Equity Intelligence India buys 1.7 lakh shares of Cupid taking a 1.3% stake in the company in Q2FY22.

• Tata Consultancy Services’ Q2FY22 net profit rises 14.1% YoY to Rs 9,624 crore, revenue rise 16.8% to Rs. 46,867 crore.
