Consequent upon Mr. Manish Tandon's appointment as CEO and MD of the Company, Mr. Anant Vardhan Goenka (DIN: 02089850) has relinquished charge as Interim Managing Director, with immediate effect. He would however continue to be on the Board of the Company in the capacity of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Further, Mr. Anant Vardhan Goenka has been appointed as Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
