Defence company MTAR Technologies announced Q2FY25 results Q2FY25 Financial Highlights: QoQ: Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 190.2 crore. in Q2FY25 as against Rs 128.3 crore. in Q1FY25, 48.3% increase QoQ. EBITDA reported at Rs 36.8 crore. in Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 16.6 crore. in Q1FY25, 121.7 % increase QoQ. Profit Before Tax stands at Rs 25.3 crore. in Q2FY25 as against Rs 6.2 crore. in Q1FY25, 307.9% increase QoQ. Profit After Tax was at Rs 18.8 crore in Q2FY25 as against Rs 4.4 crore. in Q1FY25, 324.0% Increase QoQ. YoY: Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 190.2 crore. in Q2FY25 as against Rs 166.8 crore. in Q2FY24, 14% increase YoY. EBITDA reported at Rs 36.8 crore. in Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 36.1 crore. in Q2FY24, 2.0% increase YoY. Profit Before Tax stands at Rs 25.3 crore. in Q2FY25 as against Rs 25.7 crore. in Q2FY24, 1.5% decrease YoY. Profit After Tax was at Rs 18.8 crore in Q2FY25 as against Rs 20.5 crore. in Q2FY24, 8.2% decrease YoY. Parvat Srinivas Reddy, Managing Director & Promoter, MTAR Technologies, said: “ We have witnessed a significant growth in revenue and EBITDA in Q2FY25 compared to Q1FY25 inline with the guidance given in last quarter. The execution in second half is going to be stronger than the first half. Sequential improvement in margins is likely to continue over the coming quarters. Defence company MTAR Technologies announced Q1FY25 results: Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 128.3 crore in Q1FY25 as against Rs152.6 crore in Q1FY24, 15.9% decrease YoY EBITDA reported at Rs 16.6 crore in Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 34.5 crore in Q1FY24, 51.9% decrease YoY Profit Before Tax stands at Rs 6.2 crore in Q1FY25 as against Rs 27.3 crore in Q1FY24, 77.2% decrease YoY Profit After Tax was at Rs 4.4 crore in Q1FY25 as against Rs 20.3 crore in Q1FY24, 78.2% decrease YoY Commenting on the results, Parvat Srinivas Reddy, Managing Director & Promoter, MTAR Technologies, said, “ We are looking forward to clock highest ever revenue in Q2 of this fiscal year. Also, the execution in second half is going to be stronger than the first half. There will progressive improvement in margins starting from Q2. The company has recently received 140 Crs of orders in Clean Energy segment. We are expecting more orders in Clean Energy that shall be executed in this fiscal year itself. The company has improved its net cash flow from operating activities in FY24 to Rs 57.4 Crs compared to Rs 7.4 Crs in FY23. We are targeting to achieve 30% - 35% YoY increase in revenues with an EBITDA of 22% +/-100 bps in FY 25. Significant orders are expected shortly as we have concluded discussions with some of the major MNCs in Aerospace.” Result PDF
