Further, in continuation of our letter dated June 27, 2025 regarding closure of Trading Window, we would like to re-iterate that in accordance with the Company''s code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
