This is to inform you that pursuant to Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window i.e., the period to deal in the securities of the company will remain closed from 1st October, 2025, till the end of 48 (working hours) after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein inter alia, the approval of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025.
