This is further to our previous correspondence dated March 11, 2025, regarding the DGTR recommendation on imposition of anti-dumping duties on imports of "Insoluble Sulphur" originating in or exported from China PR and Japan. We wish to inform you that the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has imposed the said anti-dumping duty. The official notification has been published in the Gazette of India, dated June 6, 2025. The copy of the Gazette is enclosed for your reference.
