Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the OCCL Limited ('the Company') under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from July 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, The Designated Persons will be intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
