Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the OCCL Limited ('the Company') under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from April 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 to the stock exchange.
