Shree Cement Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/10/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This has reference to our intimation dated 16th September, 2025 regarding meeting of the Board of Director of the Company on Tuesday, 28th October, 2025 to consider and approve, un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2025. In this regards, we would like to further inform that the Board of Director of the Company shall also consider the declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the FY 2025-26.
