The board remains extremely complaint on its corporate governance policy and is confident about managements capability to function in an ethical manner. The company stated it has historically always set a TCV target of USD1b for each quarter. Most of the larger deals still remain RFP-based, but pushing solutions increased chances of winning a floated RFP for a similar type of problem.
