Net Profit (PAT) for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 505.04 million, up 13.91% QoQ from Rs 443.37 million in Q4FY26 and up 349.76% YoY from Rs 112.29 million in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 was Rs 16.42, as against Rs 14.41 in Q4FY26 and Rs 3.65 in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Subsidiary Performance: The consolidated results include the performance of two subsidiaries: Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence Private Limited and Magnatar Aero Systems Private Limited. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, these subsidiaries together reported total revenues of Rs 16.79 million and a total net loss after tax of Rs 7.22 million. Merger Update: The Company has filed a scheme for the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence Private Limited and Magnatar Aero Systems Private Limited, into the Holding company with the National Company Law Tribunal.
