Further to our letter dated August 11, 2025 we wish to inform you that accession agreements have been entered into by ''Roots Corporation Limited" the wholly owned subsidiary of "The Indian Hotels Company Limited" pursuant to which RCL has acquired 51% share capital in each ANK Hotels Private Limited (ANK) and Pride Hospitality Private Limited (Pride).
