At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Board has: 1) taken on record the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. The said results have been subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. The results and Limited Review Report is also enclosed herewith. 2) approved the proposal for reappointment of Mr. Sumeet Narang (DIN: 01874599) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five years from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029, in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders.
