The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2023. 2. Investment in Kajaria Ultima Private Limited ('KUPL') upto Rs. 30 crores, in one or more tranches, through subscription/acquisition of shares of KUPL and/or granting of unsecured loan(s) to KUPL, to make KUPL as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. 3. Investment in Keronite Tiles Private Limited ('KTPL') upto Rs. 50 crores, in one or more tranches, through subscription/acquisition upto 90% shares of KTPL and/or granting of unsecured loan(s) to KTPL.
