Please refer to our earlier letter dated September 1, 2023, informing that Wipro Limited ("Company") has signed a definitive agreement to subscribe to equity share capital in FPEL Ujwal Private Limited ("FPEL"), engaged in the business of developing, building, and managing a portfolio of solar powered assets. In continuation to the aforesaid letter, it is hereby informed that the Company has completed its subscription in equity share capital of FPEL on October 10, 2023.
