Pharmaceuticals company Morepen Laboratories announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: The company reported a Revenue from operations of Rs 48,471.59 lakh in Q4FY26, representing a marginal growth of 0.11% on a QoQ basis compared to Rs 48,416.10 lakh in Q3FY26, and an increase of 4.05% on a YoY basis compared to Rs 46,585.33 lakh in Q4FY25. Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 49,317.96 lakh, up by 1.07% from Rs 48,796.66 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 4.83% from Rs 47,046.47 lakh in Q4FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,328.75 lakh, a decrease of 34.25% from Rs 3,542.12 lakh in Q3FY26 and a decrease of 9.44% compared to Rs 2,571.47 lakh in Q4FY25. Net Profit after Minority Interest for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, was Rs 1,574.46 lakh, reflecting a decrease of 42.77% QoQ from Rs 2,750.93 lakh and a decrease of 22.50% YoY from Rs 2,031.54 lakh. For the full year FY26, Consolidated Revenue from operations reached Rs 1,80,569.15 lakh, showing a marginal decline of 0.32% compared to Rs 1,81,157.58 lakh in FY25. The annual Consolidated Net Profit after Minority Interest for FY26 stood at Rs 9,487.68 lakh, a decline of 19.61% from Rs 11,802.04 lakh in FY25. Earnings per share (Basic & Diluted) for Q4FY26 was Rs 0.28, compared to Rs 0.50 in Q3FY26 and Rs 0.35 in Q4FY25. The annual EPS for FY26 was Rs 1.73 compared to Rs 2.20 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Standalone Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 46,281.28 lakh, an increase of 1.15% on a QoQ basis from Rs 45,757.16 lakh in Q3FY26, and a significant increase of 21.17% on a YoY basis compared to Rs 38,193.77 lakh in Q4FY25. Total Standalone Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 47,163.00 lakh, up from Rs 46,150.43 lakh in Q3FY26 and Rs 38,508.01 lakh in Q4FY25. Profit before tax for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, was Rs 2,762.59 lakh, a decrease of 12.08% QoQ from Rs 3,142.14 lakh and an increase of 59.65% YoY from Rs 1,730.44 lakh. Standalone Net Profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 2,012.32 lakh, down 14.35% from Rs 2,349.58 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 68.94% from Rs 1,191.14 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Standalone Revenue from operations was Rs 1,68,119.50 lakh, marking a growth of 8.15% compared to Rs 1,55,453.53 lakh in FY25. Annual Standalone Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 6,605.75 lakh, compared to Rs 10,157.52 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company is primarily engaged in the Pharmaceutical Business Segment. Medical Devices Business Reorganisation: The company is hiving off its Medical Devices Business undertaking to its subsidiary, Morepen Medipath Limited, on a slump sale basis for a lump-sum consideration of Rs 19,710.12 lakh. The transfer is effective from April 1, 2026. Dividend Recommendation: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share (10%) of the face value of Rs 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Subsidiary Changes: During the year, the Parent’s shareholding in Dr. Morepen Limited was reduced from 80% to 19.94% on July 31, 2025. Consequently, Dr. Morepen Limited and its step-down subsidiaries (Total Care Limited and Quick Med Private Limited) ceased to be subsidiaries and were not included in the consolidated results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
