This is to inform that the ''trading window'' (i.e., period to deal in the securities of the company) will remain closed from 1st April, 2025, till the end of 48 (working) hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting wherein, approval of financial results, for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2025, would be considered.
