The Board of Directors, inter alia, took the following decisions in the Board Meeting held on 28th May, 2025 at 10.20 am and concluded at 1.00 pm. 1. Approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, and the same are enclosed along with the Auditor's Report and declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. Renewal of fund based and non-fund based facilities sanctioned by HDFC Ltd. 3. Noted the Intercorporate loan given to Nile Li-Cycle Private Limited. 4. Approved to provide Corporate Guarantee up to an aggregate sum of Rs 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores only) on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Nile Overseas Enterprise FZE, to Amalgamated Metal Trading Ltd (AMT). 5. Approved the Investment made in the Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of the Company.
