Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025 to Saturday, November 1, 2025 (both days inclusive).
