In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 12th September, 2024 has allotted 7,059 fully paid up equity shares of the INR 2 each pursuant to exercise of employee stock options/ stock appreciation rights under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company.
