For FY26, total income was 52,370.51 lakh compared to 55,419.35 lakh in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Reported at 1,324.74 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to 682.47 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ increase of 94.11%) and 657.46 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY increase of 101.50%). For FY26, net profit after tax was 1,955.89 lakh compared to 3,799.74 lakh in FY25. For FY26, total income was Rs 52,374.67 lakh compared to Rs 55,346.52 lakh in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Reported at Rs 1,162.17 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to Rs 873.31 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ increase of 33.08%) and Rs 928.56 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY increase of 25.16%). For FY26, net profit after tax was Rs 3,052.12 lakh compared to Rs 4,381.20 lakh in FY25. Dividend: The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.00 per equity share (face value of Rs 10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
