Containers & Packaging company Xpro India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at 14,095.84 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to 11,041.71 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ increase of 27.66%) and 16,129.05 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY decrease of 12.61%). For FY26, total income was 52,370.51 lakh compared to 55,419.35 lakh in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Reported at 1,324.74 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to 682.47 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ increase of 94.11%) and 657.46 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY increase of 101.50%). For FY26, net profit after tax was 1,955.89 lakh compared to 3,799.74 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 14,121.25 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to Rs 11,060.42 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ increase of 27.67%) and Rs 16,083.72 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY decrease of 12.20%). For FY26, total income was Rs 52,374.67 lakh compared to Rs 55,346.52 lakh in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Reported at Rs 1,162.17 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to Rs 873.31 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ increase of 33.08%) and Rs 928.56 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY increase of 25.16%). For FY26, net profit after tax was Rs 3,052.12 lakh compared to Rs 4,381.20 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The Company operates predominantly within a single reportable business segment, "Polymer Processing," and primarily in a single geographic segment, India. Dividend: The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.00 per equity share (face value of Rs 10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. New Subsidiary Growth: Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC (a subsidiary) issued 13,235 new equity shares to Oasis II Investments Holdings Limited. Post-allotment, Xpro India Limited holds 85% of the share capital of this subsidiary. New Labour Codes Impact: The Company recognized an incremental impact of INR 107.23 lakh and INR 31.83 lakh as past service costs, resulting in an increase in gratuity and compensated absences liability respectively due to changes in the definition of "wages" under the new Labour Codes.
