The Company hereby informs that the National Company Law Tribunal Bench at Mumbai ('Tribunal') had on March 7, 2019 approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst IIFL Holdings Limited, IIFL Distribution Services Limited, IIFL Wealth Management Limited, India Infoline Limited, India Infoline Finance Limited, India Infoline Media and Research Services Limited and their respective shareholders ("Scheme"), under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The certified copy of the order of the Tribunal, sanctioning the Scheme will be received in due course. Upon receipt, the Company will also upload the said order on its website. The Scheme will be made effective on completion of all conditions precedent mentioned in the Scheme. We shall intimate you on the scheme coming into effect.
