The Finance Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e., June 10, 2025 approved the terms and conditions of the issuance of the following debt instruments in the form of unsecured, subordinated, listed, rated, redeemable, non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.
