IT Consulting & Software company Datamatics Global Services announced Q4FY25 & FY25 results Q4FY25 Financial Highlights: Datamatics Q4FY25 Revenue up 20.5% YoY to Rs 497.2 crore; EBITDA at Rs 74.5 crore up by 15.3% YoY PAT (After NCI) in Q4FY25 was Rs 44.9 crore, a decrease of 14.6% compared to Rs 52.5 crore in Q4FY24. EPS (Diluted) (Rs ) in Q4FY25 was Rs 7.60, a decrease of 14.7% compared to Rs 8.90 in Q4FY24. FY25 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations in FY25 was Rs 1,723.4 crore, an increase of 11.2% compared to Rs 1,549.9 crore in FY24. EBITDA in FY25 was Rs 229.3 crore, a decrease of 6.0% compared to Rs 244.0 crore in FY24. PAT (After NCI) in FY25 was Rs 205.0 crore, an increase of 3.4% compared to Rs 198.2 crore in FY24. PAT Margin in FY25 was 11.6%, a decrease of 84 basis points compared to 12.4% in FY24. EPS (Diluted) (Rs ) in FY25 was Rs 34.71, an increase of 3.3% compared to Rs 33.60 in FY24. Commenting on Q4FY25 results, Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman and CEO, said, "We delivered a steady performance in Q4FY25, with revenue at Rs 497.2 crore, up 20.5% year-on-year, and EBITDA at Rs 74.5 crore, reflecting a 15.3% growth. For FY25, we recorded a revenue of Rs 1,723.4 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 11.2% over FY24." He further added, "Going forward, we will continue to focus on our strategic accounts, expand our presence in the US and European markets, and maintain cost discipline.
