Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the following: 1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter / year ended 31st March, 2025; and 2. Auditors' Reports with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
