This has reference to our disclosure dated July 19, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations wherein the Company had informed about the transfer of restaurant business of the Company''s Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. Taj International Hotels Limited to St. James Court Hotels Limited, a Subsidiary of the Company. In this connection, the above said Companies have executed reconstruction agreement to transfer the restaurant business (along with all the related assets and liabilities) on April 1, 2025.
