Indian Hotels Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2025 and recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2024/25, if any. Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the Trading Window from March 25, 2025 for the purpose of adoption of the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Trading Window shall re-open for trading 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date the said Results are made public.
