We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 32,620 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on December 26,2025 to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 321,712,297 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 321,744,917 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
