Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the company, the "Trading window" for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 1 July 2025 to Saturday, 2nd August 2025 (both days inclusive).
