Appointed Mr. Chaithanya Agasthyaraju to the office of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company effective February 07, 2025, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Audit Committee of the Company, who shall serve as / hold the position of CFO - Designate of the Company with immediate effect till the closing business hours of February 06, 2025.
