Good Luck Steel Tubes Limited - GOODLUCK is a steel processor (converting basic steel to the value added engineering products) catering to the OEM’s, infrastructure, engineering industries and Oil and gas Industries. We expect, GSTL to achieve its revenue/earnings growth at a CAGR of ~17/44% over FY16p-18e respectively led by 1) shifting focus from low margin products to high margin engineering products, 2) expected 3.5/4 time value term growth in auto motive industry over next ten years, 3) India’s GDP to grow more than 7% over next couple years, 4) huge opportunities from Railways, and Solar in engineering structure segment, 5) improving EBITDA margins by ~170bps over FY16p-18e.
