Bharti Airtel has entered into a definitive agreement with Tikona Digital Networks to acquire Tikona's 4G business including the 20 MHz of broadband wireless access (BWA) spectrum in each of its circles in UP (E), UP (W), Rajasthan, Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh in the 2300 MHz band and 350 sites.
