Total Income: The total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,15,354.88 lakh, compared to Rs 95,223.49 lakh in Q1FY26 (up 21.14% YoY) and Rs 85,568.32 lakh in Q4FY26 (up 34.81% QoQ). Tax Search and Appeal: The Holding Company has filed an appeal before the Hon’ble Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) against assessment orders received in April 2024 for the last 10 assessment years. The aggregate tax demand stands at Rs 4,093.82 lakh, of which the company has paid Rs 3,043.76 lakh under protest. The management believes it can succeed in the appeal, and thus no provision for liability has been made.
