Breweries & Distilleries company Globus Spirits announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Net Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 6,321 million, representing a decrease of 3% YoY from Rs 6,545 million in Q4FY25 and a decrease of 12% QoQ from Rs 7,164 million in Q3FY26. For FY26, revenue reached Rs 27,081 million, an increase of 7% YoY compared to Rs 25,360 million in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,371 million, down 3% YoY from Rs 6,581 million and down 11% QoQ from Rs 7,191 million. Annual total income for FY26 stood at Rs 27,209 million, a 7% increase YoY from Rs 25,456 million. EBITDA: For Q4FY26, EBITDA reached Rs 720 million, marking a YoY increase of 68% from Rs 428 million and a QoQ decline of 8% from Rs 782 million. The annual EBITDA for FY26 was Rs 2,728 million, up 68% YoY. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q4FY26, PBT was Rs 301 million, showing a growth of 234% YoY from Rs 90 million and a decrease of 29% QoQ from Rs 423 million. Annual PBT for FY26 reached Rs 1,228 million, a 249% increase YoY. Profit After Tax (PAT): Standalone PAT for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 216 million, representing a growth of 243% YoY from Rs 63 million and a decrease of 31% QoQ from Rs 314 million. For FY26, PAT was Rs 949 million, reflecting an increase of 280% YoY from Rs 250 million. Business Highlights Q4FY26 Segment Performance: Consumer - Prestige & Above (P&A;): Revenue was Rs 399 million (Up 34% YoY, Down 11% QoQ) with a sales volume of 0.29 million cases. EBITDA stood at Rs -50 million. Consumer - Regular & Others (R&O;): Revenue was Rs 2,244 million (Up 2% YoY, Down 3% QoQ) with a sales volume of 3.97 million cases. EBITDA stood at Rs 412 million. Manufacturing Segment: Revenue was Rs 3,677 million (Down 9% YoY, Down 17% QoQ) with a bulk sales volume of 42.99 million litres. EBITDA stood at Rs 358 million (Up 175% YoY). FY26 Segment Performance: Consumer - Prestige & Above (P&A;): FY26 revenue reached Rs 1,644 million, growing 27% YoY. Consumer - Regular & Others (R&O;): FY26 revenue stood at Rs 8,997 million, up 4% YoY. Manufacturing Segment: FY26 revenue reached Rs 16,440 million, an increase of 7% YoY. Bulk sales volume grew to 199.59 million litres (Up 6% YoY) with an EBITDA of Rs 1,238 million (Up 230% YoY). Manufacturing Capacity: The company operates six manufacturing facilities with a total distillation capacity of approximately 334 million litres and a bottling capacity of approximately 30 million cases.
