Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company is primarily engaged in the Pharmaceutical Business Segment. Medical Devices Business Reorganisation: The company is hiving off its Medical Devices Business undertaking to its subsidiary, Morepen Medipath Limited, on a slump sale basis for a lump-sum consideration of Rs 19,710.12 lakh. The transfer is effective from April 1, 2026. Dividend Recommendation: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share (10%) of the face value of Rs 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Subsidiary Changes: During the year, the Parent’s shareholding in Dr. Morepen Limited was reduced from 80% to 19.94% on July 31, 2025.
