The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held earlier today have inter-alia, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Auditor''s Report thereon as enclosed herewith and recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.25/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up of the Company @225% subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
