In terms of Reg 30, we inform you that the Company has entered into non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Apollo Micro System to power Next-Gen Defence Innovation. This MoU aims to establish strategic collaboration for the joint development and supply of Advanced Weapons and Electronic Systems. In this regard, the copy of the press release is also enclosed.
