Lupin Atlantis Holdings SA, Switzerland, wholly owned subsidiary of Lupin Limited has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement with Sanofi, a French Multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare company, for acquiring a portfolio of accretive established products in Europe and Canada.
