The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23rd May 2023, inter-alia, have approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & FY ended 31st March 2023. A copy of the said results along with audit report is enclosed. Further, in compliance with Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI [LODR) Regulations, 2015, disclosures of related party transactions, on a consolidated basis for the period ended 31st March 2023 is also enclosed. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company, in the said meeting, has also recommended the payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 2.85 (Rupee Two and Eighty Five paise only) per share on the face value of Rs. 1 /- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
