In terms of Regulations 30, 33, 52 & 54 of the Listing Regulations, we forward herewith the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) along with the Audit Reports of the Company in respect of both, for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, which were approved and taken on record by the Board at their meeting held today. At the said meeting, the Board has recommended a dividend of ? 2 per Equity Share of ? 1 each (@ 200%) to the shareholders for the year ended 31st March 2023. The dividend recommended by the Board is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 104th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on 19th June 2023. The Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 4.40 p.m. (IST).
