Cyient Limited, the mid-cap IT software company, has acquired the 45-employee sized US firm Certon Software in an all-cash deal for $7.5 million. Certon offers verification services for software systems that are subject to critical safety audits, and is part of Cyient's effort to consolidate market share in the aerospace sector.
