Signature Global buys 16-acre land in Gurugram for Rs 300 crore for project

Real estate company Signature Global has bought a 16.12-acre land in Gurugram for nearly Rs 300 crore to develop a housing project, as it remains bullish on demand for mid-income and premium residential properties. The land is located on Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, Haryana. "We have purchased a 16-acre land parcel in Gurugram for the development of a premium housing project," Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal told PTI. He said the total development potential in this project would be around 27-28 lakh square feet area. Asked about the land cost, Aggarwal said the total investment of the purchase of land is nearly Rs 300 crore. He said the company had earlier done a joint development agreement with the landowner but now it has cancelled the same and bought this land parcel outrightly. Signature Global sales bookings double to Rs 2,770 cr in Q3: Chairman

Realty firm Signature Global on Tuesday reported a more than two-fold jump in sales bookings to Rs 2,770 crore mainly on better demand for its housing projects in Gurugram. The company had sold properties worth Rs 1,260 crore in the year-ago period. Signature Global eyes taking over Noida's stalled projects to expand biz

Realty firm Signature Global is looking for land in Noida and Greater Noida to expand the business and will explore taking over stalled housing projects as well provided there are no legacy litigations. Signature Global, which got listed in 2023, has a significant presence in the Gurugram market of Delhi-NCR. In an interview with PTI, Signature Global founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said, "We want to expand our business in Delhi-NCR beyond the Gurugram market. We are looking for land parcels in Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway." The company will participate in land auctions conducted by development authorities of these three regions, he added. That apart, Aggarwal said, "We are also looking to take over stalled housing projects in Noida. The Noida authority has come up with a co-development policy to revive stalled projects. Realty firm Signature Global to recognise Rs 10k cr revenue by Mar 2026

Realty firm Signature Global is targeting to deliver 16 million square feet area to its customers by March 2026, helping the company recognise around Rs 10,000 crore revenue in the books of accounts. Signature Global is one of the leading real estate companies in the country. It has a significant presence in Gurugram. In an interview with PTI, Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said the company had given a guidance of Rs 3,800 crore worth revenue recognition in the current fiscal year. Out of this, he said the company has already booked revenue worth Rs 1,200 crore in the first half of this fiscal. He exuded confidence that the Rs 3,800 crore guidance would be easily achieved. "We are targeting to deliver around 16 million square feet area to customers by end of the next 2025-26 fiscal," he said, adding the company is investing a lot on construction activities. These 16 million square feet area covers 25 real estate projects, mostly housing. Aggarwal said the completion o
