Realty company Signatureglobal (India) announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,072.66 million, reflecting a significant growth of 112.76% YoY from Rs 5,204.33 million in Q4FY25 and a growth of 289.28% QoQ compared to Rs 2,844.38 million in Q3FY26. Total income for Q4FY26 reached Rs 11,952.26 million, showing an increase of 109.53% YoY from Rs 5,704.34 million and 282.15% QoQ from Rs 3,127.63 million. Profit before tax for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, stood at Rs 13,857.91 million, up from Rs 727.23 million in Q4FY25 and a loss of Rs 597.55 million in Q3FY26. This performance was bolstered by a remeasurement gain on investment of Rs 12,672.19 million classified as an exceptional item. Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,524.08 million, representing a substantial YoY increase of 1,785.31% compared to Rs 611.26 million and a recovery from a loss of Rs 453.38 million in Q3FY26. For FY26, consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs 25,958.65 million, a growth of 3.92% YoY compared to Rs 24,980.20 million in FY25. Annual profit for the period for FY26 stood at Rs 10,946.44 million, registering a growth of 981.56% YoY from Rs 1,012.09 million in FY25. Basic earnings per share (EPS) for Q4FY26 was Rs 82.01, compared to Rs 4.34 in Q4FY25 and a loss of Rs 3.22 in Q3FY26. The consolidated net worth of the company stood at Rs 17,942.89 million as of March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 6,745.34 million as of March 31, 2025. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 4,574.16 million, showing a YoY decline of 7.02% from Rs 4,919.63 million but a QoQ growth of 52.87% from Rs 2,992.24 million in Q3FY26. Total income for the quarter was Rs 5,727.59 million, compared to Rs 5,399.09 million in Q4FY25 and Rs 3,672.08 million in Q3FY26. Profit before tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 547.54 million, reflecting a YoY decrease of 12.37% from Rs 624.84 million but a recovery from a loss of Rs 179.09 million in Q3FY26. Net profit for the quarter reached Rs 431.46 million, as against Rs 521.63 million in Q4FY25 and a loss of Rs 134.82 million in Q3FY26. For FY26, standalone revenue from operations was Rs 13,808.54 million, representing a 24.35% decrease compared to Rs 18,252.47 million in FY25. Standalone net profit for the period FY26 was Rs 161.71 million, compared to Rs 625.37 million in the previous year. Business Highlights: Pre-sales and Realization: The company’s pre-sales during FY26 stood at Rs 82.5 billion, reflecting sustained demand across its residential portfolio. Average sales realization improved to Rs 15,250 per sq. ft. in FY26 from Rs 12,457 per sq. ft. in FY25, driven by higher sales in premium markets and price increases across key regions. Collections: Total collections for the year reached Rs 40.1 billion. Deliveries and Pipeline: As of FY26, the company has successfully delivered 17.9 million sq. ft. of real estate. Its project pipeline includes 21.2 million sq. ft. of recently launched projects and 19.8 million sq. ft. of forthcoming developments. Construction Progress: Ongoing construction stands at 12.3 million sq. ft., which includes 7.0 million sq. ft. under construction and 5.3 million sq. ft. with Occupancy Certificate (OC) received. Market Share Performance: Signature Global holds a market share of 13% in the National Capital Region (NCR) and a 20% share in Gurugram within the price range of Rs 20 million to Rs 50 million. Segment Expansion: During the year, the company expanded its growth horizon through entry into the commercial real estate segment via a strategic joint venture.
